This is the book I swore I would never write. And yet, here it is!

For years, I turned down every offer to tell my life story, I'm a private person, and there were too many moments I didn't want to explain. Too many memories that I thought best to keep to myself.

So, why now? Something to do with time? The fact that it's running out? Or maybe the knowledge that there's value in telling your story before someone else tells it for you. I've had a very long life, and a lot of things have happened to me. Some have been bad, many quite wonderful. And here they all are.
